Re-Gifting for Good:
The Palace Theatre is excited to launch Re-Gifting for Good, an innovative initiative designed to raise funds for the Palace while simultaneously helping you to simplify your life, contribute to a worthy cause and receive a charitable giving tax deduction--all without spending a dime! Gifting for Good is based on a simple premise: you have too many “things” and you’d be would be willing to donate some of it for a good cause if it was both easy and financially rewarding to do so. Well, now you have that option. The Palace is looking for your laptops, ipods, treadmills, pieces of art, etc. Simply drop of any items you’d like to donate to our warehouse, and we will give you an IRS tax deduction form for your use at tax time. If you have a particularly heavy or pricey item that you’d like for us to pick up at your home or office, we can do that too. Just call our re-gifting hotline at 603-461-1572.
Donation Guidelines
While we greatly appreciate all donations in good, working condition. Here are some items we are in need of:
Electronics - Cell phones, computers, laptops, digital cameras, televisions, video games and consoles, DVDs, etc.
Brand Name Clothes -With clothing and accessories, brand name is the key.
Art and Antiques - Prints, paintings and drawings, photographic images and sculptures.
Jewelry and Watches – Estate jewelry including bracelets, necklaces, earrings, watches and rings can raise large amounts of money for the Palace.
Cars, Boats, Recreational Vehicles - Donating an old car or boat can be an excellent way to make a major gift and receive a large tax deduction. Often, the tax deduction is close to what you’d expect to get in sale or trade.
Levels of Recognition
We will recognize donors in the following categories based on their total donations throughout the year. Gold - >$5,000, Silver - $2,500 - $4,999 and Bronze - >$500. The types of donor recognition will include thank you letters, acknowledgement on our website, in our playbills and email newsletters and on lobby signage. Complimentary Palace Theatre tickets will be awarded quarterly to randomly chosen donors.
Administration/Office Supplies: Like any office, we are constantly in need of office supplies to keep our daily tasks running smoothly. If you are interested in making a donation either of actual office supplies, or a financial contribution to assist in the purchase of these items, please feel free to contact us anytime.

Theatre Maintenance: While our staff works hard to maintain the condition of our theatre, some things are beyond our daily maintenance abilities. If you, your family, or business is interested in assisting financially with our theatre maintenance, please feel free to contact us anytime. Below are some items that are currently in need of maintenance/repair/replacement.
- New curtains for stage
- Maintenance of building's brick façade
- New sound and lighting equipment
- Free-standing shelving and stackable plastic bins for prop storage
Costume Department: While we appreciate any and all clothing donations, sometimes there are specific items we are looking for. If you have something unique and are unsure about what to do with it, please don't hesitate to call and ask! Also, throughout the year, we make frequent purchases of sewing supplies and storage items. If you would like to make a financial contribution, or purchase a gift certificate from a local fabric or department store, that would also be greatly appreciated!

- Fabric (bolts or pieces- no small scraps, please)
