Vacation Camp!
Join the fun on the Palace Stage! Students in Grades 2-8 will have a blast while learning about all aspects of theatre including singing, dancing, acting, costumes, set painting, games, and much more! Our Vacation Camps run in weeklong sessions Monday through Friday with an evening production scheduled at the end of the week. Campers provide their own lunches and afternoon snacks. All camps are held on site at the Palace Theatre from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Summer Camp Dates and Themes:
Session 2: Glee Camp - July 12 – July 23, 2010 Grades 4-8
Campers get to act and sing their favorite songs from the popular TV show "Glee"!
Session 3: Under the Sea - July 26 – August 6, 2010 Grades 2-6
Take a voyage to the depths of the oceans and see the wonderful world below the sea!
Session 4: Time Machine - August 9 – August 20, 2010 Grades 4-8
Campers get trapped in different decades from the past, present and future... where will you end up??

Our Summer Camps run in four two-week sessions Monday through Friday with an evening production scheduled at the end of the second week. These camps are designed for children going into either 2nd through 6th grades or 4th through 8th grades. These are script based camps, so it is important for children to have basic reading skills. During the course of the camp, students will have music, dance and acting coaching experience as well as experience with set-painting, props and costumes. They also have the opportunity to see a Palace Professional Theatre for Children production. Campers provide their own lunches and afternoon snacks. All camps are held on site at the Palace Theatre from 9 AM to 4 PM.
