The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a show and immediately begin imagining how it should feel, look, and connect with an audience. You understand that great theatre marketing doesn’t just tell people what’s playing; it makes them want to be there.
You are a creative thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and a true team player who is always looking for ways to contribute. You recognize where support is needed, take initiative to jump in, and help move projects across the finish line. You can balance multiple projects and competing deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, collaborate with a team, take direction, and bring your own artistic perspective to every project. You thrive in an environment where no two shows or two days look exactly the same, and you’re just as comfortable dreaming up the big idea as you are rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
