Guitarist Barry Goudreau, formerly of RTZ, Orion The Hunter and multi-platinum legends Boston brings his blistering ensemble Barry Goudreau’s Engine Room to The Rex in Manchester, NH. Barry’s blow-the-doors off live combo includes Brian Maes and Tim Archibald from RTZ and Peter Wolf’s House Party Five. Expect blistering live versions of BOSTON favorites “Rock and Roll Band” “More Than a Feeling”, “Smokin”, “Hitch a Ride”, “Peace of Mind” and “Long Time” in their live set alongside classic rock gems–delivered as only the Engine Room can–such as The Beatles’ “While My Guitar Gently Weeps”, the James Gang’s “Walk Away”, and, celebrating Brian and Tim’s tenure with Peter Wolf, J Geils’ “First I Look at the Purse” as well as tracks from the Engine Room’s most recent CD of, as Barry calls it “contemporary classic rock”, The Road”. What are dueling pianos? Dueling piano shows are request-oriented, interactive sing-a-long shows wherein two piano players sit across from each other and trade songs. For this show you can request as many love songs as you want. It has been said that a dueling piano show is quite literally “the most fun one can have with one’s clothes On!”I have to agree! Rich DiMare is a Boston based jazz singer who specializes in Sinatra and Rat Pack area music. Rich has 15 years’ experience in providing entertainment across America. Along with being a talented singer, he also DJ’s at Red Sox games throughout the season. Rich has worked live on air at Boston’s highest rated morning show, KISS 108’s Matty in the Morning and as a host on Boston’s Fox25 TV. Because of this experience in media and music Rich is a seasoned showman. Rich is joined by the Ron Poster Band.
