SMS Terms of Use
You have the option to receive SMS/text messages from the Palace Theatres for new show announcements, discounts, show reminders, and promotions. You can sign up to receive these text messages by filling out the form linked on the Palace Theatres website, in Palace Theatres’ emails or by checking the “Opt-In” box on the Contact screen when purchasing tickets online.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To do so, reply to any text message with “STOP.” You will receive a final message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Palace Theatres. If you wish to receive text messages again, you can sign up via the form on the Palace Theatre website, or by replying with “START” to your most recent message. The Palace Theatre will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent between you and the Palace Theatres. Frequency of messages may vary. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
